Studio Raw Elite is currently looking for passionate, experienced stylists to join our growing team. We are seeking professionals who are confident behind the chair, motivated to continue growing their clientele, and dedicated to delivering an elevated guest experience. Our salon culture is team-driven, creative, supportive, and focused on continued education, professionalism, and work-life balance.
We offer competitive compensation, set schedules, every other Saturday off, no back bar fees, health benefits, 401(k), and ongoing education through L’Oréal and Redken. While our primary focus is seasoned stylists, we also welcome newer licensed professionals through our Associate Program designed to help build confidence, technical skills, and clientele in a supportive environment.

Studio Raw Elite is looking for a motivated, professional Salon Assistant to join our team in a supportive, fast-paced salon environment. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys assisting others, takes pride in being organized and dependable, and has a strong eye for detail.
Responsibilities include supporting stylists throughout the day, maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation standards, preparing for services, assisting with daily operations, and helping create an elevated guest experience for every client.
