Studio Raw Elite is currently looking for passionate, experienced stylists to join our growing team. We are seeking professionals who are confident behind the chair, motivated to continue growing their clientele, and dedicated to delivering an elevated guest experience. Our salon culture is team-driven, creative, supportive, and focused on continued education, professionalism, and work-life balance.

Assistant
Studio Raw Elite is looking for a motivated, professional Salon Assistant to join our team in a supportive, fast-paced salon environment. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys assisting others, takes pride in being organized and dependable, and has a strong eye for detail.
Responsibilities include supporting stylists throughout the day, maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation standards, preparing for services, assisting with daily operations, and helping create an elevated guest experience for every client. The ideal candidate is positive, hardworking, team-oriented, and enjoys creating a clean, welcoming, and smoothly run environment for both guests and staff.

Salon Floor Manager
Studio Raw Elite is seeking a confident, organized, and people-focused Salon Floor Manager to oversee our daily salon floor and help lead our team. This is a full-time management position designed for someone who enjoys leadership, client relations, team development, and salon operations. A cosmetology license is preferred but not required. This may be an ideal opportunity for a licensed beauty professional who wants to remain in the industry while transitioning away from working behind the chair.
Responsibilities include managing salon flow, supporting stylists and assistants, maintaining an exceptional client experience, overseeing daily operational standards, assisting with scheduling and inventory, coaching team members, and helping create a positive, professional, and accountable salon environment.
The Salon Floor Manager will also help identify and build relationships with talented stylists in the Pittsburgh beauty community. This includes thoughtful outreach through Instagram, social media, referrals, beauty schools, and professional connections to introduce potential candidates to Studio Raw Elite’s culture and growth opportunities. Additional milestone-based bonuses are available for successfully recruited stylists.
We offer:
- $23–$27 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
- Approximately 32–40 hours per week
- Consistent Tuesday-through-Friday schedule

Regular schedule:
- Tuesday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- The anticipated start date is negotiable.
